How we work

Following your initial enquiry our team will have a few questions to allow us to design a system that best fits your needs, once we have this information we will get to work on producing a design and proposal for your review.

 

If you are happy with the proposal and would like to proceed we would need to visit the property to obtain some additional information which will allow us to submit the necessary application to the DNO (District Network Operator).

Following approval from the DNO the works can then proceed, in most cases scaffolding is required, this is usually erected the week prior to installation.

 

The duration of the works depends on the scale of the works but on average a typical installation can be completed in 2-4 working days (weather permitting)

After completion you will be given a full demonstration of your new system and a walk-through of the user app.

 

All the relevant certification will be provided upon completion of the works
