How many panels will fit on my roof?

Each property is different that's why we always send one of our team to come out to you and create a system that is tailored to you and your property. 

How long do solar panels lasts?

Solar panels are designed to be long-lasting and durable, with a typical lifespan of 25-30 years or more with sufficient maintenance.

Do Solar Panels work at night?

Solar panels generate electricity from sunlight, so they do not produce electricity at night when there is no sunlight. However, if you have Battery Storage installed, you can use the excess energy generated by your PV panels, so you can continue to use your solar energy even at night.

Are Solar Panels VAT free?

As of the 1st January 2023, the supply and installation of residential solar panels is currently 0% VAT.

Are Solar Panels permitted development?

In most cases, the installation of solar panels on a domestic property in the UK is considered “permitted development” and does not require planning permission. However, it is always worth checking with your relevant local authority prior to installation.
